01The service

Klikki is a platform for creating, publishing and sharing digital product magazines, operated by Keyp (Faroe Islands). These terms are a binding agreement between you and Keyp from the moment you create an account.

02Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Klikki is a business tool — you must be at least 18 and acting on behalf of a business to use it.

03Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and prices exclude VAT.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We will announce price changes at least 30 days in advance — they never apply retroactively.

04Your content

Everything you create or upload in Klikki stays yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display your content solely to provide the service — for example serving your published magazines to their visitors.

You are responsible for your content: it must be lawful, must not infringe third-party rights (including image and trademark rights), and prices and product claims in your magazines must be accurate. We may remove content that violates these terms after notifying you, or immediately where the law requires.

05Our platform

The Klikki software, design, themes and brand remain our property. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse the platform — including attempts to disrupt the service or access other customers’ data.

06Availability

We work hard to keep Klikki fast and available around the clock, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. We may evolve features over time; if we discontinue something material, we will give you reasonable notice.

07Liability

Klikki is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

08Data protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where you place personal data in your magazines, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf under a data processing agreement, available on request.

09Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, after notice where reasonable. On termination, your published magazines go offline and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Faroe Islands, and disputes are settled by the Faroese courts.
